      An Introduction

Hi everyone just an introduction post =P im Matt and im pleased to meet everyone. Ive been trying to Lucid dream for about two nights now and have started keeping a dream journal and really trying to practise my dream recall. After reading the WILD tutorial i realise that have have been using WILD methods to sleep for quite awhile now, so hopefully this will speed me forward to attaining Lucid dreams (fingers crossed). Ive also been doing reality checks as much as i can during the day. On the first night i believe i attained some sort of Lucidity or got close to the point of my dream being Lucid but that is as far as ive got xD as i said before im pleased to meet everyone and i hope we can all get along =D

Welcome to the site! We're glad to have you here!

Sounds like you've made some solid progress already, keep it up. Its definitely worth it!

Just stick to that dream journal of yours and before you know it you'll be a pro.

What exercises do you normally do to help you fall asleep? I bet you could score a WILD if you do it in the middle of the night after 4 or 5 hours of sleep.

Check out this Wake Back To Bed guide:

Thanks for the WBTB tutorial it actually really helped me last night =D and as for the WILD techniques it's usually just the first simple steps which are switching to an internal focus and lying really still =D I finds it help me sleep =)
