So I don't see how it isn't good for a beginner. The only easier induction method I can think of is DILD
1.You do not go through sleep paralysis in any of them.
2. Everything works, but not without knowing what you are doing. And just laying there and wiggling fingers is NOT knowing what you are doing.

There are methods which are easier to start with, because they teach you all the basics that you can use for all other methods. FILD is not one of those methods recommended for beginners. Just because it sounds easy, it doesn't mean that it doesn't require any mental preparation or practice. I'm not saying it's hard. 5+5 is not hard either. But if you don't know what is 1+1, or even what the numbers look like, it's not gonna be easy figuring it out.

We have a ton of posts about SP and why it's inconsequential to lucid dreaming. And why what you think of as SP is not SP at all, but normal falling asleep sensations. I know you are new to this forum, Keeboard, so before we get any further in this discussion, maybe yo could read up and see where we are coming from.

please read what sageous says in this post. He is talking about DILDs v WILDs, but this goes for any method that someone want's to achieve without practice, because it seems "easy".
