ok well i just started dream recalling last night
i woke myself up once at 5:30am (went to sleep at about 12)
i think i probably woke myself up at the wrong time because i remembered nothing of the first dream,
is dream recalling and reality checks all that is needed to lucid dream?
and how many times are you supposed to wake yourself up in the night?
also what would be the effects of smoking herbs and also what are the effects of drinking alcohol?
any help will be much appreciated
