      Can continued lucid dreaming lead to a breakdown in real life?

      Hi, everyone. I have been able to Lucid dream for as long as I can remember. If I am in the correct mind set I am also able to astro travel.

      I used to have lucid dreams regularly until about 4 years ago when I experienced a very traumatic event where I was held at gunpoint in my home. I am still able to do both but it takes a lot more concentration than it used to.

      About 6 months ago I started having seizures in real life. It looks very similar to an epileptic seizure but I have been to a number of doctors that says they can't find anything wrong with me.

      Since I started having these seizures I have not been able to Lucid dream at all. And I usually get these seizures right before falling asleep or when I had a very stressful day.

      Is it possible that these seizures can be linked to my lucid dreams?

      IMO not really, I have been consistent in regards to lucidity for 14 years now with no real issues.
      Also know others with the same thing that do not have that issue.

      To me, it sounds like you are having serious stress problems, maybe due to the issue you comment about. Have you tried to talk it out with a professional? And I don't mean a doctor, but rather a psychologist
