      Hello all

I'll confess to not knowing much of anything of lucid dreaming, I have enough trouble remembering what I dreamed about upon waking these days. I view dreaming as a fun recreation at times, traveling to different times and places, doing things I did when young, and things I know are impossible.

My younger brother accuses me of remembering far too much from childhood, (and it was a pretty good one at that, kinda rough and tumble at times, but good none the less). I'll post in the appropriate forums some of my earliest visions of the life I dreamed of, I would guess I was 3-4 years old when I first discovered these visions of the mind at rest.

I'll also have some serious questions of later dreams and some that are just mildly annoying that seem to recur. Anyway, I look forward to sharing and learning here.

Thank you, sir. I have thought of a journal and have written down a few, but not nearly every one of them by far. Mostly some are mildly irritating, some funny, and a few not so good. Probably average...

Hey, welcome to Dreamviews, krag. If you don't yet know too much about LDing, you've come to the right place! As Lang said, keeping a dream journal or writing down your dreams is a great way to build dream recall.

Good luck on your LD journey.

You're welcome! It takes practice and patients, like everything else. Also, if you haven't done this already, have you ever practiced, "All day awareness"? Like being aware of your surroundings.
You know, it's important to stay aware of your surroundings in both Dreaming and waking life, or you will miss the strange but, amazing things that happen around you. Like this:

Ummm... Yeah. You know what I mean.
