Hi all,
I’m new to lucid dreaming been doing it for 3months now. Managed to have one semi lucid dream through DILD 5weeks into starting - what a feeling , got excited then calmed myself down before asking myself what I wanted to do then remembered I wanted to fly so off I went what an experience! didn’t last long until I was sucked into the dream narrative.

It’s been an interesting journey so far slowly becoming familiar with my dream landscape and the sleeping process, witnessing the end of a dream and the hypnogogic state.

I’ve realised that the “trick” to put it oh so simply, is to realise your dreaming and to remember that what I see in the dream world will differ to waking life.

With that in mind I’m keen to find out how to remember what I know from waking life and become more aware that I’m dreaming.

I mindfully RC about 5 or 6 times a day, I’m a Buddhist so I meditate. I journal, I’m aware of my reoccurring dream signs and look for them in waking life. I’m keen to use LDing for spiritual practice As well as fun and questioning the fabric of reality. I also want to practice mindfulness of sleep too.

So if anyone knows of relevant threads or posts or has any tips or recommendations please let me know I’m an empty vessel awaiting input.
