      Dream Recall

Hi guys I have recently found this board after reading about lucid dreaming about 6 mouths ago. I never really did any thing about it till now, but i have decided that i will learn how to do it. I have a question though at the moment my dream recall is zero. Seeing as the best way to recall your dreams is to wake up during REM (or so i understand) at what time periods does this happen. I.E if i went to bed at 10 what time would i have to set my alarm clock for to wake up during REM and hopefully remember my dream. Thanks Adam

You have a REm cycle every 90 mins except on the first run. So if you wnet to bed at 10, you woudl set your alarm times for: 1am,2:30, 4:00,5:30, and 7:00 am Also, when you wake up to rememebr yoru dreams, right them down in a dream journal so you can recall them later and find dream signs. IF you have any other quesitons, or need help with something please Pm me 8)
