Hi Shannon! I am sure you'll be able to increase your LDing time. When you are in a lucid Dream, try to remain calm and focus on a single object. This way the object can become your anchor to hold the dream together. |

Hi i am Shannon
I have been reading about lucid dreaming for quite some time now, i have done it several times just cant seem to hold it for longer than a few minutes, just thought i would get on here there has been some really great info. I hope to learn a lot here. Thanks in advance for the help!! Shannon
