Wait!! .......Am I dreaming right now?
LDs: 8
Most LDs in one night: 3
It's time for a new beginning...
I too, have been "losing" sleep. I am rested in the morning and throughout the day, so this isn't a problem, but every morning I have been waking up early and then slipping in and out of sleep for the last few hours before my alarm goes off. Every time I awake I have a new dream to record, so I am actually quite happy with this new, "waking and sleeping" thing. |

Well, I have a physics midterm this morning so I guess this wasn't a good day to start keeping a journal. LOL. |

The more sleep you get the more you will dream...and the more you will be able to remember. Also, the greater your chance of becoming lucid. So make sure you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night. |

For me I think the most dreams I've remembered in one night was 8. That only happened once though. And that's not including lucid dreams. Anyway, for me a dream is defined by it's scene and plot. If the scenery changes but the plot and characters stay the same, then it's the same dream. But if the scene changes and you are doing something different with different people then it's a different dream. This is just my own opinion I'm sure everyone has their own opinion about what constitutes a seperate dream for them. Usually you have a good idea about when a new dream begins because the other dream either fades out, becomes blurry, or you just don't exactly remember how it ended. |
