My dream recall seems to get worse. I had about 1-3 every night and now it's mostly 1 but sometimes none. |

How long have you written down your dreams? Did you just start? The decrease could just come from getting over the initial novelty of it. Or your sleep patterns may have changed somewhat, such as having to jump out of bed sooner, not sleeping as long, or just sleeping during different times. Have you experienced any recent changes in your sleep schedule? Regardless, don't sweat it too much, just keep writing down the dreams you do recall. |

I wanted to reiterate looking at your hands. I remember in this dream book I read years ago that is what they suggested for lucid dreaming. Though that was while you are actually the dream, you are suppose to look at your hands, which then reminds you that you are dreaming. I am still learning about RCs, I just now read the page on them on this website. |

You may also just be hitting a slump. I find that DR (dream recall) goes in cycles. It comes and goes, but if you keep at it, you will get better and hopefully the bad streaks will go away altogether. |
