      Hi! I'm new here. [=

      Hello every one! As the title suggests, i'm new ^-^ I found the Dream Views site a while ago, but I have recently decided to join the forum. All together i'v had about 2 1/2 Lucid Dreams. A half because one time in my dream I started questioning people as to weither or not it it was a dream. I didn't fully go lucid ]= Well, I look forward to meeting new people and learning more about Lucid Dreaming. I've already gone and bought a dream journal. Oh, and a question! My mp3 player has a recording function on it, do you think it would help to induce a LD if I recorded something like " I will have a lucid dream to night and remeber it," and play it on repeat while I go to sleep?

      That sounds like an excellent idea, though it may not work the first time, it should eventually work. Keeping a DJ as it is will increase recall.

      Welcome to the forum! You've got a good head start by already having some LDing experience. I'm sure you'll learn a lot more from the forum, too. The MP3 player idea would be worth a shot. Let us know how it turns out! Good luck!

      Thankyou all for making me feel welcome! <3 I'll be sure to post weather or not the Recording method works [= I didn't try it last night because I was trying a WILD. After a while my eyes started moving back and forth for some reason. Is that normal?
