      hey guys, new here little introduction and background =]

      Hey all, whats up? my name is Joe and I'm from New Jersey moving to california in august. I currently spend most of my time weight training and working , but i'll be back in school in Fall .

      I have been latley experiencing more and more explicit dreams (not lucid as far as I can recall, just really explicit) after starting to take certain supplements for bodybuilding. I'm currently taking before bed ZMA and another supplement that is called cAMP which preserves muscle whilst sleeping. Anyway, I've decided to join here to maybe start experiencing lucid dreams more and more.


      I've had very decent dream recall ability, and I want to try the FILD tonight for the first time. What do you all think?

      Welcome to the forum. It is awesome to have you with us. I am so glad that you decided to get interested in LDs. Lucid dreaming is a very liberating and enlightening experience. I hope you get to experience those benifits as often as you someday hope to.

      What's up, man? Welcome to Dream Views.
      I think you might have a lot of luck while training to LD while taking your supplements. In my own experience they help keep you sleeping a little lighter during the night and cause your dreams to be a little more vivid (or a lot more, depending on how far under their influence you are during the night.) Good luck with the LD'ing, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to use the search, start a thread, or ask around.
