      Questions about WILDing

Sorry for being a noob, and these questions may have been answered over and over, but if anyone would help me i'd appreciate it... so last night, I thought I would try the WILD technique and followed BillyBobs tutorial... heres what happened. So I started off geting very comfortable, laying on my back, and concentrated on my breathing. breathing in I said 1, and breathing out said "im dreaming" (all in my head of course) and I did this all the way up to the number 150... now at this point, it felt as though parts of my body were tingly/vibrating almost, and felt very strange, but is this what it feels like going into SP? what was that, was it normal? should i have kept going to induce an LD? sorry again for being so noobish

Yes SP can feel like tingling/vibrating. Yes you should have kept going. Did you see any HI?

Yeah...you need to just keep doing what you're doing. I don't count because that distracts me too much, but I guess it works for some people. It will take awhile for your body to go all numb and tingly...then you will start to see snipits of HI (mini dream flashes)...then you will enter full SP, which can be very intense vibrations (or not)....and then you will continue into fully immersed hypnogogia and then lucid. It will take awhile. Just be patient and go with the flow.

Wow...haha that is really strange! I didn't do that on purpose I swear. I think my computer is possessed. Anyway...I can WILD when going to bed at night but it's best to do a WBTB. Or try to do it during an early/mid morning nap. Those always work for me.
