Hello. Last night, I tried WILD. I chose to count. I counted 1 - I'm dreaming, 2 - I'm dreaming etc for every breath I took. And, around 100 somewhere, my breaths just went lower and lower. I didn't breathe softer or so, I just couldn't hear my breath as good anymore. I got all excited. It stayed like this for a while, and I just kept counting, but when I reached 120 or something, I could hear myself breathing again! I kept counting, but I lost it at about 200 and fell asleep. |

Yeah, I've tried WILD several times and it haven't worked. |

One question. Are you trying this as you go to bed? It's a lot harder to do when you are ready for sleep. |
