Unfortunately it's very unlikely that there are any techniques to LD "tonight". Like many things LDing takes practice(unless your a natural) I suggest you look in the tutorial forum. I would offer you advice but It just happens to me so I don't do anything.

Good Luck and stick at this...it's worth it

      welcome to DV btw
It says my lucid age is 10 years+ that's true but I still have recall issues

Well to start with would Be a Dream Journal ... i personal haveent kept on till just today cus i had my own methods. But they actually do Work just write down as much of the dream you can remember and after you get a bunch look through them and find things that reoccur. Then try to remember while you are awake that if you see an item that reoccurs in your dreams to do a reality check. Look at a clock, then look again and see if it changed drastically, try to poke your finger through something that its shouldnt go through.

just keep in mind you most likely wont have one your first Night
you can't do that on the internet!.... wait yes you can do it again!

      Hey there Truth. Welcome.

Actually a beginner is often a good place to be. At this stage your mind is open to suggestion. assuming you are open minded and truly believe lucid dreaming does happen you can try to go to bed with just the thought of doing so.
Just say to yourself that you will remember to recognize that you are dreaming.
Sure it sounds simple. It is. It is often made too complicated. This procedure often is enough to engage your conscious mind into action while you are dreaming.

And what gives you the idea it would hurt? Lucidity is consciousness. Which is what you are write now.
      Good luck.

Hehe, you would most likely smash into a wall. You would either wake up from that or just keep dreaming, like it didn't hurt. I've tried getting killed with plasma guns and missiles, and yeah, it did hurt, but it's not like real damage.
The feeling will disappear after 3 seconds or so

And welcome to Dream View. Stay motivated, don't leave this and keep a dream journal

Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had
