Thread: Uhh Hello

Well I thought the idea of dream control was cool so I came to this website to talk to other people about it and stuff. I've had a lot of LDs but not much (sometimes a little) control over them. Like what I try to get to happen doesn't completely happen or happen the way I want it to lol. But anyway. If you find the 'ie' in my name annoying than feel free to shorten it to just 'Amz.' Sooo I'm a 16 year old girl, junior in high school. I'm gonna be 17 next month. I also have absolutely no idea what to do with my life!!! Yayy! Anyway, that's about it and I hope I can have fun here and learn a lot.

Hi, Amzie. I'm barely new here myself. In fact, this is only my second post. I like your user name. It's kind of fun.

You're further along with LD than I am. I remember maybe one dream that I had any sort of control over (turning a waterfall off and on, making it alternate between a trail and a waterfall) but I don't even know for sure if that is lucid dreaming, or just dream control. I never really thought that it was a dream, just couldn't decide if it was a trail or a waterfall.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and start meeting people here.

Gyeren I thought the definition of a lucid dream was a dream in which you know that you are dreaming. So I think that was semi-control without lucidity. xD Good luck with that though!

And that's pretty much exactly what it is....yes it's possible to have some degree of control without even realizing it, so I'm not quite sure that would be a *lucid* dream.

Thanks for your thoughts on that. I wasn't sure myself.
