Hello - my name's Barry. I'm very interesting in learning how to lucid dream, but it will have to be in baby steps. I have had virtually zero dream recall for the last couple of years.

I've started taking Vitamin B6 and milk before I got to bed but so far, after 5 days, no luck yet. Does anyone know how long before any effects might begin?

I generally get 6-7 hours sleep a night (less lately).

I hope I can find some good words here to help me with my goal. This is something that's very important to me, and I'm looking forward to speaking with any of you.
