Hello - my name's Barry. I'm very interesting in learning how to lucid dream, but it will have to be in baby steps. I have had virtually zero dream recall for the last couple of years.

I've started taking Vitamin B6 and milk before I got to bed but so far, after 5 days, no luck yet. Does anyone know how long before any effects might begin?

I generally get 6-7 hours sleep a night (less lately).

I hope I can find some good words here to help me with my goal. This is something that's very important to me, and I'm looking forward to speaking with any of you.

I reccomend working on your dream recall.
:Set your alarm clock for 4 and a half hours after you go to sleep...thenin 90 minute intervals. When you wake up, turn off your alarm clock, and LAY THERE...DON'T move...and try to remember ANYTHING, even if it is feelings. Do this for several weeks until you can remember at least 2 dreams a night. You have dreams...you just can't remember them.
