I've tried telling myself to awaken after every dream at night, keeping that thought until right before I fall asleep. I take a while to fall asleep (+30min), and constantly repeating ANY mantra over in my head keeps me up, so I'm at a loss. I'm starting to wonder if I have a normal sleep cycle!
Now, I will admit my recall has improved significantly; I can remember one dream upon awakening every other night at least, although the clarity isn't great, but still. Now my only problem is remembering MORE than one. Please help!
My goal is to awaken after every dream. How do I accomplish this?

Don't worry, Richter! Just ask me!
As I said to you... For me just saying myself that I need to wake up after each dream is enough... But it does not mean that doing this you can remember all dreams easily... For me it really doesnt work... I think its because the fact that I'm sleepy... so after waking at the middle of the night I'm still too somnolent to remember a thing!! Hehehehehe
Hey Richter, what works for me is just wake up at the morning (befere the alarm is better) and concentrate to remember all dreams... Last night I remembered 1 dream and 2 frags... Not so good...
If you still so ambicious about DR, you should set your alarm clock to strike every 90 minutes, because this is the commom people REM cycle! Doing that you'll probably be awaken during your dreams! Making DR easier! It may work fou you!
Richeter, how long have you been practicing LD? And can you remember your dream with a good clarity? Because mine came to me with low details (almost nothing I say in my dreams I can remember)......
And finally how were you LD, full lucidity?
