You can also try staying "aware" as long as you can when going to sleep, or saying "I'm going to LD", if you want. That worked for me once, one second I was in bed the other I was dreaming. Quite cool .

Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a go later tonight. It seems that staying aware and falling asleep are pretty conflicting actions. Did you find this hard to do?
