It's the same idea the WILD technique uses - basically staying aware utnill your body falls asleep. So you experience the whole transition from waking to the dream state. I haven't induced a LD like this yet, I just had an accidental one again .

Interesting. I'm going to have to do some more research and get these terms down (WILD, DILD, MILD, etc.)
