      well i'm new here. exobyte refered me from another fourm i use but anyways i've always been interested in psychology and this seemed like another good place to learn more. also how can i create a dream journal?

      Welcome to the forum

      If you want to create a dream journal just get a note book or even use this place and just write down what you can about your dream, like what happened, how you felt ot even the senses that were used. After a while this will improve your dream recall and even help you recognize dream signs.
      If you want you can use the dream journal section and add "another topic." Then record your dreams on here.

      yes. i once had major troubles w/ my dreamjournal.. i had more than one&#33; ive no idea how it happened.. but heres one teeny minor hint.. just press Reply... dont put new topic..it kills everything...
