Well its like standing on a spot and spinning around in circles. Its usually used to maintain lucidity and make lucids more vivid. Some times it can accidentally "teleport" you in a dream and some times it can wake you up. |

ok so i used to try having lucid dream about 3 or 4 months ago but with only having one while trying, i am now back into it and have a question from while i have been browsing the forums. |

Sometimes when you're in a lucid dream, and you want to do something else, or go somewhere else and you don't know how to get there, you just spin around in a circle and imagine being somewhere else, and you'll end up there... |
