First it is important for you to tell us any kind of drug or medication you may be on. I ask this only because it is a possible factor, it could have nothing to do with it. |

Please help me, I don't know how much more of this I can take. Lately (over a period of about 4 months) I have been having these weird dreams. They are really realistic in the sense that whenever I have them, I retain all of my senses, which makes for a very interesting dreaming experience. I have only had three dreams like this, and they all take place over three days. I can tell you just about everything about these "Dream days" because I can recall everything I felt while I was dreaming, and therefore I felt like I had lived for 3 days in a short 6 hour time span. I have much more I could talk about, but I don't want to make this any longer. The last one I had, was by far the most terrible thing that has ever happened to me, and I am now afraid to fall asleep because I never want to experience that again. Please, if you can help me tell me, and ask any wuestions you might have. Please help me stop this. |

Well, trust me, I stay FAR away from drugs. I don't know if this helps anything, but I have a minor case of insomnia (always have) and I am a video game player. Now, I know that this is just a dream, but I am afraid of its potentials. At the end of my first one, which was a good dream, I was eating beef stew. Just when I woke up, I had a very distinct taste of it still in my mouth, and I was full. Also, when I am hurt in the dreams, I feel the pain. I know this sounds way stupid, but this is the only place I can come for help. These aren't normal dreams, and I want them to stop. Is there any way that I can do that? |
