Are you trying too hard to fall asleep? Cause that can impede your sleeping/lucid dreaming process. If you start feeling like you're sliding into a "bubble" or sleep, try "falling" through your bed. Not literally, obviously, but try making the sensation. Don't think about how long it's been since you tried to go to sleep, or how long you have till you need to wake up, cause it will mess up. I don't see anything wrong with your sleeping patterns, but I know it can differ person-to-person. Have you ever tried lucid dreaming during the day? Lay on your bed and try the floating numbers/falling through bed trick, and it almost feels like you're not even dreaming, but you'll know if you move, or hear a loud or familiar sound, because it will break that fragile state. But anyway, dreaming during the day helps me to attain lucidity at night if I'm having a hard time. Hope this helps. |
