thats okay, to be honest asking questions here is kinda my last ditch attempt at finding out whats going on, its not even during a dream state really. i have been practicing obe's for years and am quite familiar with the wierd states and things that happpen when you stay concious...

i guess its just been a while since something completely new and unfamilliar happened. i said its unpleasant but so were the states of sleep paralysis and entering into obe's when they first happened. ill just deal with it like i did learning what obe's were as a kid.
