Thank you for the replies. I'd definitely agree that my length of sleep is low; I always feel so tired. Guess I just gotta get my priorities straight. I've been under the mindset that I was DOING something wrong; maybe it's as simple as getting more sleep and REM. I used to have great difficulty falling asleep, but that's not really as big a problem anymore. Everybody has always told me on DV that everybody dreams every night, regardless if one remembers. Is it possible that I haven't actually been dreaming, as I haven't really slept more than 4 hours in-a-row in a long time?

I'll try changing my work and school times around, somehow. It's the one thing I really haven't tried, because honestly moving around one's work schedule is difficult.
