Are you doing reality checks, or just asking yourself if you're dreaming? I find it essential to do a lot of reality checking (several times every hour) , so that it gets to the point that you're checking to see if you're dreaming all the time out of reflex. Once this becomes habit, it will slowly start integrating into your dreams as well. Combine this with the method of your choice (there are many in the tutorials forum alone, try them until you find one that works for you) , and you should get a lucid dream very soon. |
