While there is a lower class, I am in it.
While there is a criminal element, I am of it.
While there is a soul in prison, I am not free.

I do need to look at my journal more and start looking for dreamsigns for sure. |

Meditation is the corner stone of dream yoga. The more focused the mind is, the less likely it is that you'll be overwhelmed by the delusions of your dreams. Have a look at my post under "attaining lucidity" for more on the subject. |

To be honest I have never found any dream signs in my dreams, they're all pretty random. In my opinion they're not a great help. Again the same with meditation, I suppose it could work, but it's not for me. One dream a night is okay stuff. You should be looking to improve that though. I recommend setting an alarm to wake you during your dream cycles, you should be able to find information on that anywhere. Good luck and welcome to the site. |
