      Question before I go to sleep. in about.. 30 minutes.

      So.. i'm just starting my quest towards lucidity. I'm going to start recording dreams, etc etc.

      Do you think i could possibly get lucidity by trying to focus calmly on the dream I want to have.. and then kind of slip into the sleep, while still realizing i'm dreaming?

      I've had lucidity before, i just want to be a regular LDer

      Yeah you might be able to kind of sounds like WILD'ing.

      Welcome to the site I'm sure you will be able to find anything you are looking for regarding LD'ing and if not ask a question and I am sure someone will answer it for you.
