Seriously, I would never try TILD. Thats more self-torture than a way to success. I can't stand going more than like 30 minutes without a drink. Seems like there was some progress towards a WILD. You should try that WBTB (wake back to bed) (basically you wake up in the middle of the night and then just lay still like that). Also try doing reality checks whenever you see something odd or something that you see alot in your dreams. |
