      Angry Inner Dialog frustrating me

      My inner dialog is becoming a problem when I try to WilD, I try to relax and I try to focus on my breathing but the inner dialog just keeps going. Any help with this?

      Some people find it easier to focus on one subject and actually think about it, rather than try to completely clear the mind. Inner dialogue is actually not such a problem with WILD, as long as it keeps you aware and you have lucid dreaming in your mind at the same time. With practice, WILDs will become more like meditation, but give it time. Most of all with WILD, don't worry quite so much if you're "doin' it right" or thinking a lot... just know that WILDs are all about relaxing the physical body past into sleep, while your mind stays awake.

      ive tried a WILD twice. and both times i fell asleep before reaching my dream. but last night i felt little vibration that immediately woke me up, i guess i made it that far at least
