First off welcome to the forum, its good to see you asking questions already, i'll give my best shot at trying to help you out.

I think you have progressed alot so far, its obvious that you would like to fall back into your dream, but the thing you really need to take into account is that things aren't always going to be bad, i think that when you drift back in you should just remind yourself it is all a creation of your mind. Let yourself go, slip into this reality, if you fall into a nightmare, so what, its better for you, your emotions will be higher and you will be more aware and it'll enable you to conquer the nightmare with the power of Lucidity!! But you can become lucid so easily, things seem more clear and vivid in nightmares and you will be able to tackle these things. Just try and try and assure yourself that your in safe hands and ready to take on whatever your head has to throw at you. Chances are you will have a normal dream, but don't worry about it, be calm, positive and try your best!
