My dream recall is getting better but..

i have yet to attain lucidity. ive been working for about 3 weeks now and i can usualy remember about one dream a night. however i have yet to attain lucidity. i do my best every night before i go to bed, to drill into my head that i will be dreaming and i need to remember my dreams. is there anything else i can do?

Just don't give up! It will happen. Are you writing down your dreams and looking for your dreams signs? Are you doing reality checks during the day? Maybe waking yourself up a little while before you normally would, trying to remember what you were just dreaming about, and saying to yourself that you will become lucid when you go back to sleep?

Don't worry, you'll get there. It's just a matter of time.

Along with Moonbeam's advice, you might also want to take a look at our tutorial forum which contains information on the various lucid dreaming techniques: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=25. Try experimenting with various techniques til you find the right one for you.

Remember to just be patient and keep trying!

Yes. Know what position you wake up in... Same with falling asleep..

You might notice something life altering!
I know who I am, as I become...

What do you mean by that?
“Will not a man who has seen nothing but the shadows of reality, not feel fear when exposed to the light?"
