I had a lucid dream on my first try, a few weeks ago, because I really really wanted one and it was all I could think of. |

If you're really serious about it, then I suggest a technique called DEILD (which is basically a WILD). It's about staying totaly still, keeping your eyes closed the moment after you wake up (act like you haven't woken up at all)... usually you wake up just after the last dream, if there's some "juice" left and if you stay still, you might fall back into the dream. It's quite reliable, but don't expect it to last long or have great "graphics". |

its almost impossible to not open your eyes after waking u, cuz thats not the first thig im thinking of... |
|
Well you can close them back and wait for it. As long as you don't wake up too much or move (don't know how much you can move though, I suggest not moving). |
