Thanks guys. I'm happy I'm making progress. The night before, I tried the WBTB method, but it didn't work. I only stayed up like 20 minutes though. Last night, I stayed up the full hour like recommended. The dreams weren't very satisfying, but at least I'm moving in the right direction.

try not staying up at all too. I find not even getting out bed, works best for me. as soon as i wake up, i decide ill try to WILD, and i just roll over get comfortable and let myself fall back to sleep while thinking about lucid dreaming, and watching whatevers running thru my head. might not work for you, but its worth a shot.

I tried that today, I woke up about an hour before work, tried to wake myself some, and went back to sleep. I did manage to recall the dream, because I mnemonic'd myself to, but the dream wasn't lucid. I'm gonna try every day though. I can't wait to get into higher level lucidity. It sounds awesome.
