      Just to clarify, you will have the same number of dreams regardless. Remembering them will be the issue!

      I'm too lazy to keep a dream journal for prolonged periods of time. I've found that thinking about your dreams right after waking up and throughout the day as much as possible doesn't work too badly! Also, if you can tell someone what you dreamed about, that will help your recall as well.

      thanks for the replies guys . im the sort of person who wants to learn everything but unfortunately is too lazy to learn (i prefer playing team fortress 2) but this is something i can learn while asleep . just a question when you Lucid Dream does it literally feel like reality? that is until you jump 500 feet into the air? god i hope so i really want to get back at the people who torment me at school ^^
