Yeah, try it. I've noticed it makes dreams happan more at night.

      to DV!

Just to clarify, you will have the same number of dreams regardless. Remembering them will be the issue!

I'm too lazy to keep a dream journal for prolonged periods of time. I've found that thinking about your dreams right after waking up and throughout the day as much as possible doesn't work too badly! Also, if you can tell someone what you dreamed about, that will help your recall as well.

thanks for the replies guys . im the sort of person who wants to learn everything but unfortunately is too lazy to learn (i prefer playing team fortress 2) but this is something i can learn while asleep . just a question when you Lucid Dream does it literally feel like reality? that is until you jump 500 feet into the air? god i hope so i really want to get back at the people who torment me at school ^^

You spend 1/3 of your life asleep, so why waste it?

i tried last night. i read on wikipedia that counting while going to sleep helped you stay aware. it didnt work. i didnt expect it to either last night was the very first time i tried it. im gonna try again tonight though.
edit - though, when i did try this when i dreamt i remember reality checking and finding out that i am in a dream, but i wasnt lucid. i was dreaming that i was lucid... but i wasnt. does that make sense?

      Hey, welcome to the forum.

As the others have said, it will make it harder. You might find it easier having a little voice recorder by your bed, so you can just say your dreams instead of writing them down. Saves time and effort.
