Impressive I could not imagine that this topic would be so sucessfull. I guess insomnia is much more common than I could imagine.

Anyway, I've tried almost everything that as been sugested and the problem goes on for years. I even went to a psychologist to try and solve the problem but it was no good. I think that my main problem resides in anxiety and the fact that I go to bed already thinking that I'll have troubling getting to sleep.
Besides, some sugestions like listening to the radio or watching tv are not ideial when trying to concentrate on MILD for example.

I guess my best chances are to learn some relaxation techniques to get the anxiety off my mind.

Anyway, thanks for all your help and if I find any helpfull tips I'll post them down for all you interested.
