Well, there are some techniques which I can't explain, it's something you should go through yourself. Although I can tell you what I mean by stickies.
Stickies: This usually helps when dream recalling. When you think your gonna be kicked out of your dream, just at the last few secounds, look at something that you will remember i.e: Your fighting a knight, your running low on Lucidity. Look for something that you won't normally expect. Like a leaf which is stuck on the knight's helment.
As soon as you wake up, don't rush anything, instead remember the sticky. Usually, if you remember this, you can make out the rest of your dream.
AGAIN, I can't really tell what should happen, it's something you must feel. Also, it's not how many stickies you remember, it's how good the quality is.
