      Hi, I am new

      Hi, I have always had vivid real dreams since I can remember. At one time for a couple of years in my pre-teens I was a sleepwalker.

      Last night I had a very vivid dream where I was driving to work on the highway and a car came head on and I died. So did the other car passenger. But I hung around the scene. I went back to my home and rested. I visited my mom, dad, husband, and my dad and husband could communicate easily with me, my mom could but not as easily. It was a fun time. But it was so strange. I was extra careful driving to work this morning and back home for sure Most of my dreams that I remember seem long. Sometimes I have several a night but I can mostly recall all of them, sometimes they blend, sometimes they don't.

      I look forward to learning more about lucid dreaming. Neat forum.

      Heya vivedream. I'm jealous of your recall. Try looking at the tutorials section for help on how to apply that to get lucid dreams.

      I just read about lucid dreaming on the main page. I accidently learned I could do this as a kid while dreaming, I decided to make myself fly when I discovered I could do so. Have been lucid dreaming on all different levels, where I could kinda control it, couldn't control it very much, could wake myself up, or could fly, didn't know there was a name for it and didn't know you could practice this and make it happen more often. Right now I just go to sleep without any expectations other than I hope I can get enough sleep in not to drag all the next day More often than not my dreams are not lucid and just vivid. Bright colours, very vivid details, etc.

      There is so much to learn here! Keeping journals, taking vitamins, and so forth. This will be fun.

      hey welcome
      ive been a prt of this forum for a few months
      and ive already had 2 lucid dreams
      i can safely say that this is one of the more interesting websites
      that i have found. lucid dreaming can become a hugeeee
      part of your life if you just let it. Good luck to you and your dreams!
