      What the best way??????

      If i want to try and do an LD whats the best way to start. It there way that is easier or quicker than others

      Welcome to the forum!

      Here's a link to the Tutorials Section. This will have all the needed information that you need.

      I suggest the easiest technique to attempt first is the WBTB with a MILD. Very simple and easy to do.

      Also make sure you make a dream journal, it will be needed to aid recall.
