Remembering dreams is not that tricky. It's using the conscious effort of writing down all recent dreams. that jogs that short term part of your memory, and stores the dreams in long term. Also, auto-sugestion works wonders.

Before you go to sleep think to yourself " I will remember my dreams". You will find it works quite well.
You do this every fucking time.

      Welcome bm

For recall, I suggest you read the dream recall tutorial again, it does have practical explanations of what to do.

One important aspect is to not blow that 'feeling' you get when you wake up. Even moving lessens the chances of remembering things properly.
So when you wake up, relax and go over in your mind what happened. If you don't remember anything in particular, think about how you feel. WHy do you feel that way? What caused it? What happened before that?

Once you start remembering something, you can start to piece together the rest - what happened after that, before that, why did that happen, etc

Once you have a good idea of what happened - and only then - sit up and write down your dream. I prefer bullet form because it gets it down faster. You can always elaborate with details afterwards.

Keep doing that for a while, and your dream recall will steadily improve

Wild is pretty difficult, bmk. It requires the right amount of concentration, mixed with relaxtion. I'm even having problems with it.

The best thing to do, is to try it after several hours of sleep, and then remain as relaxed as possible!
