      Old noob

Okay, i discovered this forum last august and i forgot about it for a while. In total i have had 6 LDs but i don't have any particular method of LDing i just hope that i remember to RC in my dreams. Which happens more occasionally when i am wanting to have LDs. However i don't have many LD's. Does anyone here have any advice as to what is usually the most affective method of having an LD. At the moment I'm lucky to have 2 a month.
LD count so far, from 1st of august 2007: About 6 or 7. (I forgot about LDs up until recently)

I will hunt all of you down and kill you in your dreams.

Welcome back! It's good to see you still have a keen interest in lucid dreaming!

Well as you may already know the Tutorials Section has all the key information. Now the easiest method but not necessarily the quickest route to lucid dreaming is the WBTB and MILD. Where you get up after about 5 hours of sleep and then stay awake for like an hour tops. Then go back to bed and repeat to yourself "I will lucid dream" ect...

Also make a dream journal to help your recall and recognise dream signs.

As Neavo said, the tutorials section is a great place to find new techniques.

Other than that, practice your RC's, and keep up a dream journal. WBTB is also very relaxing for people who like to meditate and the sort.
You do this every fucking time.
      No sweat.
      No tears.
      No guilt.

As soon as you add dreaming to your daily schedule, you may start to work on every technique. Good luck.

As adraw said, you can slowly start working at new techniques.. Don't bombard yourself all at once though!

In WBTB what is the best thing to do for the hour that you are awake?

Just relax. Meditate a little bit... Don't get too active.

Just relax, maybe hop on DV and go into chat.
