      Lucid Disruption

      Whenever I use WBTB I have to go to the bathroom. Needless to say, this sucks. I don't drink before bed, usually my last drink of the day is an hour or two before bed. When I need to pee, I really need to go, badly. Any tips?

      You'll be up for at least a half-hour. What's wrong with going to the bathroom while you're up?

      Just being in a same situation as you, with only small difference. I dont take it as a problem. Here is what I do {find your own way}

      1. Awake in bed
      2. Think few seconds about a dream
      3. Find a dream fragment.
      4. Name and stabilise it.
      5. Move mindlessly to bathroom and do what needed
      6. Continue with recalling.

      Dont take this as a procedure for yourself. the only important fact here is just not taking it as a problem. If this is your habit, you are not gonna change it during WBTB. Just make it mindlessly only with dreams in mind and you wont have problems.

      ///take my situation. My roommate snores. And I am starting not to take it as a problem. Problem is only when I make my self angry about it.
