      Smile What is "lucid dreaming"?

      I would say; "You ever woke up after falling asleep (in this reality), finding yourself to be; both in bed, and in the dream?" .. Then you are "lucid" in a dream...

      Now I am curious.. Could everyone just add their view on what it is?

      Could be a neat "inroduction" to the amazing life it brings..

      I know who I am, as I become...

      Etymologically, Lucid Dreaming comes from Lucid( being aware) and Dreaming (I guess this one doenst need explanation).
      So it means you are aware that you are dreaming.

      Lucid dreaming is merely the "awareness" that you are dreaming WHILE you're dreaming.
