I've been Lucid dreaming from about 8, only since about 13 on purpose though. I've always had good recall, but didn't know until about 14 or 15 that it was unusual. I've never really found anything before this that really explained it or anyone who understood it, so I've kind of been working solo. Anyways, any advice would be appreciated, and I hope to have a good time.
Welcome Aendri. Here some bare-bone basic advise that you'd doubtlessly uncover from perusing the forum.
Start a journal. Record your dreams each and every time you have one.
Identify your dreamsigns. These are anomalous things, thoughts, places, shapes and actions that occur regularly in dreams. (ie. people always have three eyes, I thought about it and the door came open, I can breath underwater, etc).
Use these dreamsigns to reality check when in waking life. You'll find hundreds of ways to do this on dreamviews.
After your recall is a dream a night or better (sounds like you are already there) try some of the lucid induction techniques in the tutorial section. I'd advise waiting on WILD unless you think you're up for it. MILD, VILD, etc are good ones to try. Also make sure you understand what a WBTB (Wake back to bed) is.
Anyway, there's the basics. You sound like you have them quite naturally. Hopefully we can help you get them more often than you do now. Oh, and making a dream journal is always fun: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=26.
Ask any and all questions, and welcome!
