      WBTB stands for wake back to bed. It's a technique often used with WILDs (wake initiated lucid dreams) where you get up at night (time you get up varies) and you stay up for a while keeping your mind active until you go back to sleep to have a lucid dream.

      I agree that WBTB should always be used in concert with WILDS. However, WBTB will also significantly increase your chances of having a DILD.
