well, spinning on the spot can help with clarity and make the dream last longer, rubbing your hands can do the above, or, ermm.. crap, i've forgotten what the other one is. |

I need my sleep. I need about eight hours a day, and about ten at night.
Sometimes verbally stating that you are in a lucid dream can help. Also check out the scenery, or even yourself. Take a moment to appreciate the dream scene or check to see what you're wearing. This could help anchor you in the dream. |

Rubbing you hands is helpful, becouse you feel you dream body instead of your real body. You have to do it before you start feeling your real body in bed. It is not as difficult as it seems. When I first did it. It helped me. Actually that is was the change which made my 20s dreams into 10 minutes lasting dreams. |
