It all started when I was roughly 8 years old. I could be anywhere in my house, in day light, and be fully conscious, when my mind would phase away into a dream. I would normally be brought out of it by a member of my family who would catch me behaving erratically (e.g. small jumps). I would then feel embarrassed and vaguely remember what I was dreaming about. Now years and years on I still do it, but have learnt to cover it up. I can be at home listening to music, go into a dream, and awake standing at a different area of the room. I can also remember what I was dreaming about. I also do it at work when my mind wonders, but I will never leave my chair… I know what you all will be thinking, that I just have an over active imagination, but my whole consciousness is put into these dreams when I should be awake. If I’m not a Lucid Dreamer can anyone else advise me on what I may have? I stumbled across this forum whilst searching for the problem (if you can call it that) on google.
Thanks,
RegginD
